1.6 RETENTION OF PRIVATE DATA
We shall be holding your data in our systems for the period that you are our customer. However, regulatory requirements may require that the data be stored for an extended period. In such cases, we will be forced to retain your information even though you are no longer our customer. 1.7 BUSINESS TRANSITIONS
